I don't know what to do, im 30 weeks since yesterday and just got hit in the stomach. I don't feel any movement right now, what should i do?

I don't care what ppl think of me, but I'm seriously considering putting my baby up for adoption. I love her with all of heart, but doing this alone is hard. Every single night she just screams to the top of her lungs and I do everything to soothe her. I don't know what to do at all. I wish I had some kind of help. I don't have a single ounce of help. So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. Im okay, i prayed, and she's doing just fine, kicking as usual, also ate 3 bars and drank some almond milk, I don't have a way to the hospital as of right now, but i have an appointment on Tuesday, so im not too worried anymore, thanks for the concerns, and also it was kind of a mistake on someone else's part, when i got hit.
