Does anyone have any tips for fatigue/tiredness, I’m only around 7 weeks, but I have a 3yo, who’s usually up at 6am, non stop with him until 3pm, then work 3 until 9pm as a manager in quite a pressured, mentally tiring job. I’m sure there are people working longer hours etc but I’m finding it really hard, my brain was mush for the last 2 hours of my shift I’m worried it’s going to get worse through the pregnancy and be sleeping less myself the bigger I get. X
I bought Feroglobin liquid from Holland & Barrett. Not very pleasant to take but did really help x
At 6 to 7 weeks I was so tired, now starting to feeling much better but I still have days. I find on days you feel more awake try not to use all your energy, just try to stay relaxed. I went through periods of every other day I was exhausted and feeling really sick. Xx
Well have no baby too look after, but try to eat more fruits drink water and don’t stress about small stuff! You will do great, i work and study so I have 2 mentally draining places to make my life horrible! But I don’t let it to happen! Everytime you start thinking negativly you will feel bad, think that you can do it and it that is just couple months and you will be same you! Stay calm no matter what happens you always go home to loving family and your little baby. Ask maybe for sick note for couple weeks if you really don’t feel well, it is all about you now. Xx
The first stage is the worst. Yes later on you’ll be tired but I think it’s a different type of tired. Baby’s draining everything from you. A few more weeks you’ll feel loads better x
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
I was absolutely exhausted until 12 weeks. I had 6 weeks holidays off during that time. However, I have much more energy now 4 weeks on even though I’m in a demanding job. I went through a period of not sleeping as well. Early nights are still needed but more sleep will come soon! Look after urself: a job is a job and ur health as well as the babies is ur life
