Nappy bins; yay or nah? They’re £10 in Asda and I’m considering getting one if they’re any good?
We had 1 for upstairs but found it was just a waste of money. We only used it for a few wks then just gave up and just put the dirty nappy’s straight outside xx
I had one for my first and thought it would be a good idea to put it next to my changing unit but I could still smell the nappies in it and the refills were expensive it didn’t last long before I got rid of it scented nappy bags were so much better x
In my opinion I thought they were rubbish. I could still smell the nappies once it was opened (to put another nappy in) and still smelt when emptying it.
@xggx, I actually had mine from mothercare in the sale it was £20 but came with 6 cassettes xx
I’ve been given one and thought it would be good idea to use it upstairs. Have heard mixed reviews though x.
Their handy if you don't wanna be popping out to your outside bin every nappy change. I don't mind the odd wet nappy in the inside bin but poos definitely not. Stinks to high heaven every time you open the bin! Lol Now I don't really use it for nappies but it's made a good bucket to soak clothes in zoflora. If the boys have an accident etc
Iv got the sangenic one and loved it!!! I (husband) removed nappy’s from it almost daily I could never smell the used nappy’s!!! And it meant less trips to the outside bin!!! Iv just ordered refills to use this time around x
@nikki90xx, that’s the one that’s £10 and I’m really thinking about it🤔@mumof4nearly5, ahah yeah if it’s free try it😂😂 xx
Dont bother you don't want to be keeping smelly nappys inside anyway trust me haha x @xggx
@xggx, I’ve got one 1st time in all my babies am being open minded about them but I got mine free on Amazon baby event so nothing lost if I don’t like it xx
Thanks everyone! For £10 I might try it, and just not buy refills till I’m 100% sure I like it maybe xx
