Could mean your body is preparing for labor. I had the same thing happen to me with my oldest and youngest.
I've had loose stool for 3 days now and cramps but I feel like everyday the cramps are getting more intense

@annadoran09 Yea, If it was me I'd go in I waited it out till the pain and pressure got to much since my water didn't brake. It started round 6:30. I came in around 10ish and was in Active Labor was admitted like right away.
I don't get Epidural never. They let my water brake on own. Witch was 45 mins before I started pushing.

@annadoran09 Yea, it's definitely sounding like early Labor. That's how I was yesterday before I come in.

@tosha6, I just went to the bathroom and still have diarrhea and almost threw up and got really dizzy and my lower stomach hurts

@tosha6, Im laying on my back and they hurt I’m about to get up and walk around I can’t stop peeing and it’s not even full peeing it’s little sprites
@annadoran09 have u changed ur position at all of u do and it stops it's faults but if not it's real

@annadoran09, they could be wrong on her weight! I have heard it happen a lot. I don’t blame you though. I had 2 natural labors but my babies were small. 6#14oz and 5#14oz. Just go with the flow. Even if your birth plan was all natural it’s ok to change your mind!
It sounds like ur in early labor does ur cramps come and go or consistent

this happened a week straight (good thing i was off of work hahah) until i felt a leak and figured out i ruptured my water! gave birth a day later so you may be on your way soon!
Body is preparing for labor. This happened to me. I thought I had food poisoning. Was stuck on the toilet for 40 min pooping my brains out and trying not to puke. Finally stopped and went to bed and my water broke 3 hours later!
@thegermanmommy, ugh it’s sucks I’ve had diarrhea nun stop and back is killing me and have the worst cramps and the other day I had strong contractions
@annadoran09 yes that sounds about right. I hate to say it but it will probably last until you give birth 😳

Are you hydrated? Dehydration will bring on cramping.
Sounds like labor is near. I had the same thing with my second.
