First, congrats. Trying for a baby is always hard as is pregnancy in itself.

Second, nothing is promoted on Mom life. There are “trending” posts that will pop up if they’ve been popular, but Mom life is not “promoting” them.

ML definitely isn’t promoting some moms over others, a lot of factors fall into where posts end up such as the time you posted, feed versus a specific channel, if your profile is private, etc.

Congratulations on your positive! Have you changed your settings in the app so more people can see you? Obviously the longer and more active you've been on the app the more followers and people who will get to know you and your story.
