If I start drinking the raspberry tea how many times a day do I drink it and does it really help.

It helps tone the uterus for labour and I drank it 2-3 times a day.

This is what I need to do ill be 38 weeks tmrw

I’ve been drinking 2 glasses of it a day. I just make a big pitcher of it and drink it iced.

@annadoran09, It doesn’t cause labour it simply tones. I just did the Red raspberry leaf and then once baby arrives the mother’s milk tea 😊

Where do you even get this tea?

@annadoran09, you were supposed to drink the weeks before your due date so in your body could start building it up to help tone your uterus so when you’re ready for labor you when you start to dilate you hardly feel your contractions but it’s never too late good luck 😊
