Have you tried a warm bath or back massager?? I think you'll probably need a massager for the next couple weeks. It's intense at your stage :( feel better gorgeous!

My hernia is popped out at hospital level today :( I was even having nightmares about it all night... I feel ur pain gorgeous 🙄
