How do you help your toddler if they are really congested from being sick? I've given my son 2 warm baths today but I'm…

Humidifier, saline drops, lots of fluid, and plenty of rest!

My kids doctor recommends benadryl to help with congestion and help them sleep. But only at night!! Humidifier, baby vicks, boogie wipes..and teaching them to blow his nose. Took my daughter a few tried now anytime she sees a tissue she blows her nose.

@journeyofbabbles I usually wait 1hr between the Tylenol (that's what I give mine, in your case Motrin) and Zarbees as my own precaution, but I don't think you have to wait because the Zarbee's is all natural so it doesn't have any acetaminophen or ibuprofen (Motrin) in it.

@journeyofbabbles I'm sorry, Maty's makes a cough syrup with Zinc, I give that to them as soon as I see signs of a cold. Then if the cold sets in I give them Zarbees Cough + Mucus!

@oceanhalo I actually believe we have a brand new box! Do you know if I can give it to him with Motrin or should I wait? I just gave my son Motrin.

@journeyofbabbles, No I use regular Vick’s. Her doctor said after one years old it’s fine

Humidifier, Vick’s , Breathing treatments also help my daughter coughs all the flim an mucus up.

@journeyofbabbles As soon as I see symptoms. Zarbees has zinc, that helps them fight off the cold.

Try Maty's All Natural Chest Rub, that's worked really well for us too.

Have you tried the Vick’s steamer? I use that one when my kids have a stuffy nose or when they’re congested

Saline Spray and use Qtips to get the boogers out. Zarbees makes a Cough + Mucus syrup that has worked well for us. Humidifier while they sleep.
