I’m thinking about wearing depends after i have the baby is that a smart option ? I hate pads i jus hatttttteeeee them

I bought depends and they were a life saver 😂 pads didn’t hold enough and aren’t very soft down there after birth. I was embarrassed at first, but you get over it once you realize how much they help! And pads don’t cover as much area. Not only are you recovering, but your bladder has changed too and the depends catch the pee when you sneeze 😂
I thought the same my man told me it was not funny. I’m like I feel it be easier and won’t ruin my undies. I was gonna get them with my almost 2 yr old but due to an issue I needed a shot and my bleeding was gone pretty much within 24 hrs after birth. Just had a light bleeding and that lasted less than a week.
I used thinner pads and waterproof underwear. Such a thing exists! I never had any idea until I was looking at pregnancy videos on YouTube. I got a pair of 5 or 6 on Amazon and it was the best thing I purchased for postpartum. They really *do not* leak. They are thin and comfortable. Now that I’m recovered, I use them for the week of my period.
I wanted to do this too. But the hospital gave me a bunch of disposable underwear and pads to take home. I was in so much pain I didn’t care what I was wearing lol
I wore them as well especially since I had a C-section. It helped so much! Also less laundry🤣
I got three packs!! I hate the pads. I think the adult diapers are the way to go

Sounds like a good plan I'm due in Dec. I was thinking the same for the first week...ahhhhh hate the first week or two of recovery ..
I used he tena pads
Those always ones looking like a good idea this time around 🧐
You literally just reminded me that i want to do this after my baby is born
I've worn adult diapers after birth and it was better than pads. I felt like I had more coverage than just using pads
So glad I seen this post. I was thinking of wearing them too! Glad to see I’m not the only one!
I wore adult diapers after birth and it was the best thing I could have done lol 😂 don’t regret it at all
I picked up the Tena brand, and they legit look like diapers. 🤣 If I need to get more, I would get the Always Discrete. They look like underwear, and they are thinner so you could wear them under leggings.
That’s how I did it! They are a lot more comfortable 💗
I picked up some adult diapers. Moms that had prior pregnancies said they were the best recovery wise. Then when it starts to not be as bad, they just switch to wearing them at night.
I never have but I’ve thought about it lol it would probably be more comfortable for the first few days when your bleeding a lot

I will be 41 :/
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say...
Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
