My doctor told me up to 300 Zantac per day and Tums, Pepcid AC, Prevacid, Mylanta in between. So far it has really helped me. Before that was pulling over while driving to throw up 😣

Tums don’t work mama? :( baking soda and water? Laying on your right side? Or sitting up straight ? I hope it eases. It’s been a pain in my ass lately too but tums have totally helped me. I get pretty bad acid reflux:(
