What’s the “best” birth control out there?

I have the liletta iud its for 4 years or u can take it out sooner. I haven't had a period since May when i got it in

I’ve heard of a lot of complications with that? Have you had any?

I have had always had depo and I love it

Dont have to worry about implants and infections and etc. As long as u dont mind a shot that's what I have. Have been on it for 6 years

I just got nexplanon. With issues with the pill, being a smoker and my age it's what was best.

I only trust the pill... The IUDs can cause more trouble than a pregnancy your trying to prevent... With all the horror stories I've seen about the IUDs, I'd choose pregnancy over any of that any day... Also I hate needles so I couldn't do the shot. The pill is just the easiest in my opinion

@mom3x sorry just seeing this but its more with the mirena the liletta is different i havent had a period.... and i like that

I'm not on it right now but the brand that worked best for me in the past was kariva
