I have a question, did anyone get induced and had to call before going to the hospital? I’m not sure what to tell them when I call
I was induced I think they said something about calling, but I just went in, and told them why I was there, I waited a bit since they had a birthing session going on, but otherwise took me in. If you call just tell them your doctor said something about coming in on such-and-such day or time and was wondering if it's alright to come down, or if they'll be ready for you then. The doctor usually arrives when it is time to deliver.
I was told to call and ask if my room was ready but they ended up calling me because there was no room available until a couple hours later.
When I was induced they had me scheduled ahead of time (the time was scheduled a few days before).. but the hospital I delivered at had small rooms specifically for inducing moms and then they move them to a birthing room when it’s time and/or one is available
@coryandanissa, I am scheduled to get induced Wednesday but he told me to come in the night before but to call after 10
Yes, I had to call. I just told them I was scheduled for an induction that day and told them my info. They said to come in. They just have to make sure they have room.
Just call and ask if they have room for you to be induced. Sometimes they say ok to come in, and sometimes they’re full, and will tell you a time to come in, or will call you when they have space.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!

I will be 41 :/
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I was going to be induced and they told me I’d have to call before hand to make sure they had an empty bed since elective inductions are last priority. Thankfully my water started to leak the day I was going to be induced 😂
