@snichole421 melatonin is natural and your body produces it, you can take it safely, I'm pretty sure there is a limit but if you were to call the doctor I'm sure they could tell you the amount.

@alice-quinnsmommy, wait I can take Melatonin while pregnant?? It works really well I use to take it before I got pregnant but not that I am I stopped because I wasn’t sure if I was allowed

@snichole421 I would try the Tylenol or also getting some Melatonin first, and if all else fails possibly try some of the spray.

@alice-quinnsmommy, I will try anything honestly. Seriously can’t sleep and it’s causing bad headaches

@snichole421 Tylenol PM works really well, have you heard of Microlife Sleep Micromyst? It's kind of spendy but a bottle lasts awhile, I believe it's 6 months. It's just a spray you spray into your mouth every night, it takes a few nights to kick in but it helps you fall asleep and stay asleep.

@alice-quinnsmommy, off topic but do you know any medicine that’s ok to take to help with sleep? Normally Benadryl makes me sleepy doctors said I can take it to help with puking but since I been taking it more it doesn’t really make me tired

@snichole421 Definitely best not to go, there are things to do during fall. Pumpkin picking, corn mazes (not scary ones), nature walks, pumpkin carvings, photography

Me and my husband volunteered at one when I was pregnant with my oldest. Alot of people scare easily and will hit or kick. I probably wouldn't go in one while pregnant just from my experience. After seeing a girl hit one of the guys I actually moved behind a plywood wall and participated by shrieking when people walked by 🤣

@carliejo13, I was just wondering because every time I ask someone they say it’s harmless. But I knew if I posted it on this app I would have more feedback. Better safe then sorry there is always next year. Plus I thought I wasn’t the only person wanting to know if they can or can’t.

I went when I was early on in my 1st pregnancy. I had no issues at all. I had my husband with me though, so he made sure no one got too close to me.

i wouldn't go while pregnant. people jump and push all the time, not worth the risk 🤷🏽‍♀️

Speak with your doctor if you're on the fence. It might sound silly. I was 3 months pregnant with our first during haunted house season and I really wanted to go. But my doctor said better safe than sorry and even with scary movies she didn't want me watching things that would make me jumpy.

Yeah I didn’t think it was a good idea. But I have a few friends who are pregnant who say they are going that it’s harmless but I was thinking it would be dangerous. Worried about being scared so increase of heart rate. Then the chance of being pushed, tripped or hit.

I definitely wouldn't do something like that pregnant.

I didnt go when i was pregnant cause i scare easily and was literally scared of scaring myself into a miscarriage with adrenaline rush and such. Never even thought of something or someone hitting me in the stomach by accident.
