I NEED ADVICE LADIES:

I’m 5weeks 2 days today and for the past week my appetite is so crazy. I’m hungry all the time. It’s too early in the pregnancy for this and I really don’t want to/can’t gain too much weight. I’ve gained 4lbs in 2 weeks! I’ve been really thirsty so I’m drinking about double the water than before so I don’t know if that’s related but I need some ideas on ways to curve hunger! Has anyone been super hungry this early in pregnancy?

@sara_fina88, yeah I started thinking about that the other day. Definitely need to eat better for the baby’s health.

I get hungry too I'm only 9 weeks & I'm already up 5 lbs... I'm walking more and choosing better food choices... doc says I can't gain too much.

I think just be mindful that everything you eat the baby eats. So give them less junk & more good stuff to help them grow 👼🏽👍🏼

@penelope127, thanks! I’ve been so busy but I plan on going to the grocery store and stocking up on healthy foods and snacks!

-5/+5 is always considered water weight... you should be fine just keep your water up and your body will regulate it all over a 4-6 week period

You may want to ask OB...but I would think fiber rich foods will help.
