I really hoping tomorrow when I have my appointment. My obgyn can do something about me not being able to sleep at night. It's getting out of hand... I litteraly have NO SLEEP! when I say no sleep I really mean like nothing no Sleep! My body and mind are so tired I just wanna sleep but I can't. I seriously don't know how my body is even functioning.. it's been going on for more than 2 weeks already! I just hope this phase goes by quick. I really need my sleep back!! 😭

I take it to prevent headaches and I still couldn't sleep but I hope that it helps you 😊 I have real bad anxiety and depression and I was just straight up going nuts. Idk
@babymay2016 omg I didn't know that !I'ma see if I can get them or ask my obgyn about it!!! It's cause ive taking so many things to be able to sleep but none work my stomach is burning..
You can buy some magnesium pills at the store!!! With the vitamins
@babymay2016 omg I cant imagine it being that long... That's what's makes me go nuts I don't want it to last the rest of my pregnancy!! How did you do it?? What did you do? I litteraly can't even keep food down cause my body start getting all types of mixed emotions of wanting to eat and sleep and just makes me throw up.. 😭
@babymay2016 I don't even think it's healthy for me to be like this... Last week I did end up in the emergency room and they gave me some magnesium and it make me sleep for a few hours. I personally wanna go back every night to the emergency room just for that it knocks me up right away.

@babymay2016 I havent really tried anything else besides Benadryl and some pills they prescribed me for nausea( the drug is also used as a sleeping aid) I drink teas and stuff to help me relax my nerves and anxiety but nothing helps. I will mention this to my ob tomorrow to see what else I can do about this problem. Thank you!
Melatonin is safe for pregnant women and that is what they suggested, but personally gives me nightmares. Have you tried Unisom?
I couldn't sleep like the last 2-3mo of my pregnancy. I totally understand your pain... Like NO sleep. Out of my MIND tired. Taking three medications that should have made me tired but didn't 😒 it was the worst thing ever. I cried constantly
Maybe ask if you can take melatonin. They have different doses. The it's all natural something your body naturally creates. But I'm not sure if it's safe for pregnant women.

Will your Mom be in the delivery room?
My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.
