I'm having such a difficult time putting baby down to sleep. Any tips? I've been dealing with this EVERY NIGHT since he was born. I am exhausted 😭

I feel like a faliure once again! I wasnt able to breastfeed my first born cause of the medicine i was on. Well with my newborn it wasnt so much because of the medicine but it was because of the time i was in the hospital. He qas discharged to my bf after the 48 hours and i had to stay extra days so while i was there he was bottled fed. Now i feel like total shit. I really wanted to breastfeed. Just got released from the hospital yesterday. It was a super long stay. But my little man was born On Wednesday 11/7. Im so glad he's finally here. 3 pushes and he was out!

I woke up to having super bad acid reflux. My stomach is on fire! I had this same pain when i had my first son but it was due to preclampsia. Im sweating shaking with a burning sensation in in the mouth of my stomach! I just threw up some food i ate yesterday around 8pm. This has never ever happen to me. So friday afternoon i was at the gas station paying and i had my son in my arms. Some older lady that was behind me started saying how cute my son was and blah blah. I really hoping tomorrow when I have my appointment. My obgyn can do something about me not being able to sleep at night. It's getting out of hand... I litteraly have NO SLEEP! when I say no sleep I really mean like nothing no Sleep! My body and mind are so tired I just wanna sleep but I can't. I seriously don't know how my body is even functioning.. it's been going on for more than 2 weeks already! I just hope this phase goes by quick. I really need my sleep back!! 😭

Anybody know what I can do or take for sinus congestion. It's been 4 days already and I'm in so much frustration and all i want to do is cry. It has gotten to the point where I don't sleep at night at all cause it's so hard for me to breath with a stuffy nose. I end up going to sleep at 10am everyday and just sleeping 3-4 hours. It freaking sucks having to chase a almost 1 year old around and being 27 weeks pregnant. 😭 I just wanna sleep!! Please help!
