Just got back from my midwife appointment and I’m measuring at 40 weeks 🤔 I asked not to be checked because I’m worried I won’t be dilated or anything and I’ll drive myself crazy 😂 anyone else measure ahead? My baby is only about 7lbs so she’s not measuring ahead just my belly

Good for you! Cervical checks are not necessary until labor is suspected. I refused them as well.

@laniejay, she said the same thing! She offered but said it was completely up to me 😊 I’d rather my body just do what it’s going to do
