Don’t be nervous just take it easy try not to do so much stay off your feet as much as possible and relax try not to worry everything will be just fine

Don’t be nervous. I lost pieces all the time the last half of my pregnancy. And a whole bunch from 34 weeks until birth while also being dilated 2cm and having contractions every 2-4 min from then until birth as well. I’m talking big pieces multiple times a day. It regenerates and as long as there isn’t bright red blood in it you are ok. If you are really concerned just talk to your doctor.

Yeah it regenerates after 2-3 days

I’m only 34 weeks and I started loosing mine too don’t worry it don’t mean your going to have your baby just yet.. it’s your body trying to prepare itself

The mucus plug grows back. If it’s a bloody show mucus plug then that will tell you that the baby will be on it’s way
