Spectra S2 vs Mandela electric Breast pump ladies which do you prefer? Pros Vs cons ?

I was told by lots of mamas to go for the spectra s2. Apparently the mandela is a lot more rough on you. I have to say, I don't regret getting the spectra, its been awesome and doesn't hurt despite being very sore and tender now that I'm nursing. Just used it 10 min ago even! I very much reccomend it!

I've had both and definitely prefer the spectra s2. @swedishmomma is right. The Medela pulls more and hurts while the spectra feels more similar to how a baby nurses.

I've had the Madela and hated it I ordered the SpectraS2

My spectra doesn’t hurt my nipples nearly as bad. The down side to the pump is you’ll have to buy an adapter to pump into regular bottles. I like the bottles it came with though because it’s more like a human nipple. The spectra s2 has a light on it for easier pumping at night. It also has a timer so you don’t have to watch the clock and has a bunch of different settings so you can get the right pump for you. I love my spectra!
