Sun it out. Best way. I hand wash and then let it dry in the sun. It naturally bleaches it.

Make sure you rinse with hot water ASAP after it happens... pour on some blue dawn and keep it wet until you wash it. I would put it soaking wet in a plastic bag and tie it until I washed as long as it’s not too hot it’ll stay wet in the bag for a couple days.

I hand wash it with dawn soap and put it out in the sunlight.

Scrub the stain with a bit of blue Dawn dish soap and wash like normal. Lay it out in the sun while wet and let it dry.

I'd hand wash with regular hand soap as soon as I could get to it. Mind you, I couldn't quite salvage every article of clothing seeing as I'd have to tend to cleaning the very poopy baby.
