straw cup or soft spout sippy cup?

I did a straw so she’d learn to drink out of one. Now she can drink out of any regular straw. But I don’t know that it will matter much which sippy you go with!

I got the munchkin brand where they sip from the rim and it doesn’t leak.

@mommytok, what age did you do that?

@jtaylorg, when she started on solids around 7 months I would give her the munchkin weighted straw sippy cup with one ounce of water in it just to play/get familiar with. It took probably 3-4 weeks for her to really grasp the concept, and now at almost 10 months she drinks water like a champ! When she eats food she’ll take sips in between every few bites!

We got the 360 cups so that he’d learn to use a cup and they were great until he started throwing them off his high chair and they literally explode and break apart. So now we use water bottles
