Hey mommy’s I’ve been feeling really down lately. Always tired very little energy I don’t eat to much because of lost of appetite since I’ve confirmed that I was pregnant. Can anyone relate? Give me tips on how to over come this faze and also is this going to be me the entire pregnancy? (I’m 8 weeks and 3 days)

It started immediately after I confirmed I was pregnant after thinking it for a week or so. I’m praying I’m one of those that’s don’t go through it the entire pregnancy it’s just over whelming but thanks so much for your feed back

I also wanted to add that the food thing and the energy thing might get better as you enter your 2nd trimester. For some women it's kind of spotty and for some it's just like that the whole way through. Everyone's different, but I hope you get through it 💜

Is the loss of appetite due to morning sickness/nausea or did it start once you realized you were pregnant? My advice is to sleep when you can (the early months are always my sleepiest) and to try and figure out what you can stomach. It's a lot of trial and error for me in the first 3 months when it comes to food because it seems like my food aversions get worse with each pregnancy (I'm pregnant with my 3rd).
