@carogx3 So far we built a picket fence (we only spent $500 and I know for a fact it automatically added $10,000 to the value from what our realtor told us). We put in real hardwood floors throughout the living room, nursery, and hallway, tiled the kitchen and laundry room, painted the kitchen, bathrooms, nursery, and living room and added chair railing to make the two colors (brick red and almond colors for a country look), we put new vanity's, cabinets & hardware in the bathrooms,we are getting our floors done this coming week to match the white vanity and cabinets, all new hardware for the sinks and bathtub/shower. That's what we've done so far. We bought our house for $77,000 and our new estimate has been raised to $130,000 from those renovations.

We still are going to do new carpet in our master and guest room, backsplash the kitchen and bathroom walls, and tear down and rebuild our deck.

What type of renovation have you done/will be doing? We want to do some to our house too and want to see which things are the ones that raise the home value the most.
