@jellybeans_mumm With my first I got the epidural and didn't feel shit but my second one OMG even after the catheter was in my back and in place, with the epi pump I STILL felt EVERYTHING on up till time to push they gave me a little extra. Thank God because my body was on fuckin FIRE
@charnise she says being at home helped mentally relax and there was still pain but it wasn't as intense being in the water as it helped relax the muscles.
@jellybeans_mumm Did your hospital not allow you the option for a water birth? My hospital has blow up jacuzzi type pools in case one wants a water birth, i was going to but I ended up wanting a epidural.
My mother did with my littlest brother and said it was the best birthing experience she had out of all six of us. She did it at my grandparents' house, the ambulance was ready to call if needed but her midwife was amazing. Baby came out calmer because of going right back into the water like he was used to in the womb. She was more relaxed and it was more comfortable.
I wanted to do one but so glad I didn’t, u never know what complications you will run into and you need to have a hospital close by Incase you run into any complications.. I changed my mind last minute had a errie feeling , and glad I did cause the umbilical cord was wrapped around my sons neck when he came out and he was blue... doctors rushed in .. so really look into it
