I’m 25 years old , with two kids , pregnant . stayed at my brothers house for two days & i had a freaking CURFEW ! 🙄…

Were they watchin the kiddos while you were out or what were the circumstances surrounding him giving you a curfew?

@taylorsmommy1017, yeah I know .... but I went to visit the hole family. . I never go over there to my home town . . & they made a cookout for me . So I got a curfew to be home @10:30 . So had to leave early ... Which was fucked up. But yessss true . His house rules , & didn’t tell him nothing just really disappointed . Now I know next time not to go to his house to stay!

@leonardsquared, no I took my kids with me . ? My family made a cookout for me . BUT I don’t know if my sister in law got butt hurt that they didn’t invite them to the cookout . PLUS they don’t like her because she’s a bitch , and just really makes everyone hate her . She makes stupid decisions that makes people hate her . Lol basically...

I can understand a curfew. I wouldn't take it as them treating you like a kid, more to ensure they can go to bed at a decent hour and make sure the house is locked up appropriately.

If your family plans something like this next time, maybe you could arrange to stay at their house for that night and at your brother's on nights you don't expect to be out late.

I have a curfew when I stay at my parents' house still. They don't want people coming in after a certain time, want to know where everyone is, don't want the kids being woken up. Staying in someone else's house comes with their rules. 🤷‍♀️
