This Mama needs 💤 . My twins are a month and I get ZERO SLEEP. One is up and the other sleep and than ones up ones sleep, all night. I looked at my clock it said 8pm and when I looked at it again it said 5am.... I cried I’m so tired. Any tips Moms with twins / multiples.

Feed at the same time, nap at the same time and bedtime at the same time for both everyday. You have to have a set schedule. I can't stress it any more then that. When they wake to eat at night keep it as dark as you can. No bright lights or talking. No eye contact either. Now that they are a month old you should definitely try putting them on a schedule. I never rocked, held, or co slept with my twins. I put them right down in crib or rock n plays and they would always fall asleep within minutes. Also swaddle them and use white noise. Start getting them used to napping in a somewhat bright room in the daytime so they can start learning night from day

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

You know what's upsetting? I was trying something different (sexually) and it was the most fun I had with my hubby in the 3yrs of marriage...last night I wanted to do it again and he said we would...he said no...I was so upset! I cried, slept on my daughter's bedroom floor for a bit then went back to bed and cried myself to sleep....got my hopes up for nothing! 😔😭
