I drank it right before I turned 39 weeks & I started having contractions that same night & lost my mucus plug that same night as well. The next day I couldn't hold the contractions & ended up being hospitalized at 39weeks & 2 days & I was 4cm. Then I ended up having a emergency c section at 39 weeks & 3 days bc baby's heart rate kept going down! But I swear by it.
