I trust my body that it will self dialate and prepare for labor 🙏🏽 , but I’m curious to know some tips of experiences that have helped mamas just in case my body decides to slow down 😭 any tips recommendations/experiences ?
@nessaness Yes!! Squats are good also momma, & i was able to because with my daughter i had a small belly so didn't bother me & really?? I didn't know i mean my doctor saw me doing them & he did not said anything about it.. & when i asked him he said it was fine bc thats the only way it will help me dilate he said if you can do them go for it! If not do squats or something else but i was fine :)
@claudie_02, wow how did you managed to do sit ups with your belly in the way , isn’t that bad for your abdominal muscles if you have diastasis recti? .. that’s very interesting.. I also heard squats are good to do as well 🤷🏽♀️ ..
I did lots of sit ups trust me they do work. I had contractions & the same day i started doing sit ups & it helped me dilate when i got to hospital i was already 4cm dilated & kept me in then i asked to walk around the hall ways & did sit ups again then i was 5cm & then doctor came in & broke my water then induce me with pitocin to make contractions more frequent then 2pushes baby was out! ☺☺
