So I’m anemic and have to take iron, not only is the medicine making me super sick nauseated…

Try taking the pill at night before bed with a lot of water. That's how I do it. And it helps so much.

Colace, prune juice and lots of water!

Im also anemic and have to take iron pills. I take my twice a day with my constipation pills. My doctor prescribed both. Have your doctor describe you constipation pills.

@deedeebrown0604, I’ve always been anemic it’s just worse with this pregnancy I’m supposed to take it twice a day. I just sent her a message like I need something to help with the constipation. I can’t be in pain all day I still have to work and stuff

@jasmine.moore7509 I got like this after my first child. I stop taking the medicine. Got pregnant with my second they never mention it. Now with my third I'm about on it again. I take mines after I eat

@jasmine.moore7509 they might give you stool softeners. They gave me that with my iron pills my first pregnancy. Buy I didn't need them the iron pills give me the opposite effect lmao 😭

Cook meals in a cast iron skillet. Haven’t been anemic since I started doing that.
