Ok so mamas that are NOT breastfeeding how do you deal with the swelling 😩 any suggestions? I was thinking about pumping them just to take the swelling down but I don’t want it to keep producing

one_coolmama Heard ice packs but I never tried
cfjones913 If you don’t want to breastfeed you want to use cold therapy. Warm will make them worse.

linglingwiththatblingbling I had to use cervadil and pictocin to deliver early for my safety due to PE.
