@x-t-x i definately will! I have major baby Brain atm im awful😂 @alanna91 what @rachaellw said, it gives the baby extra goodness, definatly worth a bit of research if your interested xx

@michaelahobbs44, write it on ya birth plan, even write it on a lil post it note and put it on the front of ya notes lol. I’m sure they will do it as I think it’s more common now. But just keep mentioning to your midwife etc and when you do go in to be induced just mention it to your midwife then xx

@alanna91, it has advantages give it a google. It’s so baby gets every bit off goodness and all the blood it will need. Most midwives do it automatically but it’s best to put it in your birth plan if your wanting it x

Might be a silly question here but im guessing there are benefits to delayed clamping? Or is it just a prefetence? I never herd of it with my son so have no idea 🙈 x

I did with Imogen-grace. Her cord stopped nearly straight away after she was born. X

With my last two they had to have blood taken from the cord to test for antibodies that I carry during pregnancy as if passed on can bedangerous for baby and I was still allowed the delayed cord clamping I know it’s not a complication deffo mention it to your midwife I didn’t even know what it was until my son was born I was that out of it I jus agreed haha xxx

I would write it in capital letters to make sure it’s seen , I’ve told my other half to make sure they know I want it done incase I’m out of it lol , xxx

I was going to but the midwife didn't manage to tell the doctor before she started to cut it. The doctor didn't even ask my partner if he wanted to cut the cord either x

I wanted to do that and asked for it to be done. I had emergency c-section and very much doubt they could still of done it (I was out for it) but when I have another baby I definitely wanna do it, I did look into donating as well but apparently you can’t delay cord clamping and donate xx
