Anyone else felt very sore and crampy after membrane sweep? It hurts so bad to walk 😭

@beeforever98 after I got my membrane sweep I walked a while cleaned the house and had sex about three times and bloop baby was here after 15 minutes of labor

@ambrerumph1440, yea I walked for a little afterwards but I’ll definitely go on a walk tomorrow morning too

Yes but I would walk it out at least try it's gonna be painful but after I got mine I walked and baby was here within 4 hours after going to my dr appointment
