- If it’s uncomfortable. Honestly, I wore a pad right there. To protect my incision from rubbbing on my jeans and occasional sweat 😅 You just don’t want pressure there. You heal on the outside BEFORE you heal on the inside.

- 8 weeks pp.. I needed my incision to heal, didn’t want to irritate it and make it take longer.. I wore my maternity jeans .. 🤷🏻‍♀️

How do I know if I should or not

I could wear mine at 5 weeks

I was wearing my regular sized jeans by 2/3 weeks pp with my son

I'm almost 3 weeks pp

All depends on how you heal. I wore jeans 5wpp but i went and bought 2 sizes bigger so.i could jack them up my hips lmao
