Yes you can. You just can't be put under. Tons of pregnant women get work done.

They generally would want you to wait until after pregnancy but if it's extremely bothersome or will have an extremely negative impact on your health they'll do it when possible.

Dental care is a top priority in pregnancy. You could always ask a specialized (for pregnant women) dentist.
