Any tips to help post c-section leg/feet swelling go down?
It’s been a week and they are the same supper swollen and not getting any better :/ dr keeps telling me it’s normal and can take weeks to go away but with two munchkins it’s hard to stay off my feet and they are hurting so much to the point that I loose balance once i a while.
any mommies out there that doesn't have any swollen fingers, legs and feet? i always check my fingers, legs and feet if they are swollen. but until now, nothing. im 31 weeks and i know i supposed to have those already. just wondering if its normal and if thats ok?
TMI but I don’t want to talk to family about this. I’m tired of having intercourse with my fiancé. I feel grossed out like it’s with a stranger. If I can go months without it, I would. It’s been a week since we have done it and I’m pretty sure he will try tonight. The thought of it makes me cringe. We’ve been together for 9 years and it’s just ugh. 😣 Any thoughts ?

Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
My legs are swollen too.. I didn't deal with it during my pregnancy but I'm dealing with it now.. makes my legs feel like they have cinder blocks attached to them.. when I sleep they go down. When i stand they swell up.. so I lay down often.
