Which should I get? Any suggestions? Leaning towards ParaGard bc of no hormones but worried about the extra bleeding and cramping... any success stories with it??

Hi mommas... what’s your breastfeeding strategy for your twins or more babies? I have almost 8 week old twins and supplementing with formula because I can’t seem to produce enough milk for them.
