Short term disability in USA to extend maternity leave
What do I need to put or ask doctor to write into the STD forms so that I can get approved for it after delivery? My company offers 26 weeks at 70% pay but not sure how this works?? The paperwork says "doctor can certify a longer period under certain medical conditions " . What are those conditions?? do twins help this out?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

What will my doctor do if I tell her I’m depressed and I can’t handle the pain anymore because I’m very uncomfortable at this point and I don’t know how much longer I can be like this.
Since my baby is so low and I’m having trouble walking and sitting down what can the doctors do?? They can feel his head already. I am not having a vaginal birth I’m having a c-section.
What can I do to sleep comfortably at night?

Where I work you have to opt in for STD and pay into it for a period of time before you use it... not sure if this is the case for you.
Vaginal delivery gets 6 weeks and c-section gets 8. Not sure how bedrest or other issues factor in at this point.
My plan has either a 14 or 28 day waiting period before it kicks in, too, so that also effects things. It runs concurrent with FMLA and PTO can be used in the waiting period and after the allotted time for FMLA time.
