So today i thought i may have been leaking fluid or sweating I’m just not sure i was waiting to see if it continued

Put on a pad, lay on your side, check it in 30 mins if it's wet then you should go get checked.

If you think you’re leaking you should go get tested. There’s a huge risk for infection the longer your water is leaking. I had to be administered an antibiotic for this very reason when I went into labor. Better to be safe than sorry.
