What is this red line on her neck? Am I cleaning under her neck too often? Would aquaphor help?

Cornstarch , desitin . Yeast infection from sweat, drool, milk etc.
I put aquaphor on Adalynn’s neck and it helps!! It happens bc of milk and/or they sweat a lot

I second desitin. My son had that from milk getting in the rolls, and desitin cleared it up really fast.
