Any other mamas struggle with anxiety disorder and cannot get prescribed the proper medication?? I’m with kaiser and now but they won’t give me my old prescription that I had as a teenager, instead they give me a lower prescription and the lowest dose possible. My anxiety is crippling, it inhibits my every day life, I can’t even drive because of it. And yet, I get almost nothing for it... they want me to just breathe. I’ve been in therapy and on medication since I was 15, don’t they think I’ve tried breathing techniques before???? Sorry rant over, I’m just so frustrated and feel stuck. 😣
