So bloody annoyed my phone upgrade was due so ordered my self an iPhone ten spent the whole day yesterday sitting in waiting for it get an email at about 21.00 your parcel has been delivered and signed for by someone with a completely different surname to me I'm sitting there like what the actual fuck ring dpd get told my phone is 3 streets away so basically they fucked up and I get told we are very sorry we will launch an investigation so I'm like well now someone has my sim brilliant so when will I get it they don't know but I won't be liable for any charges that's all good but does any one know how I would go about taking this further and also getting my next day delivery charges back

I had same experience when I upgraded and dpd said it was delivered which it wasn't waited nearly 6 weeks for my phone out a complaint in to o2 and they sent me a check for £150 it's a pain in the ass hope u get sorted x
