I really wish my mil would quit asking me if my TWO month old could stay the night with them. My baby is EBF and needs her mom, especially at night. There’s no way I’d be able to sleep without her here anyway.

@mommy2babygirl, doing okay. Baby girl has been feeling much better, although she still has her bad days. Yesterday was pretty awful so I’m hoping today is better like it had been. How are you?

@kaytibug2009, @laniejay, @seasonedbeef, yeah I mean this is like the second or third time she’s asked. Like leave it alone and let me do my job as a parent. I feel the same way about the schedule thing too. The few times I let someone watch the kids while I do something like go to the store or gym, they are super fussy when I get back to them. It’s almost not even worth it and I’d rather just be stuck home 24/7 lol.

Who wants to care for a baby who wakes at night that isn’t theirs for fun?!? My parents have a rule that they won’t take their grandkids overnight until they sleep through the night 😂 (clearly they would for certain things, but not for fun). They paid their dues as parents they don’t want that anymore

I totally understand. My daughter is 1 and she is still breastfeeding. I'm not letting her spend the night with anyone yet.
