I had really painfull tightenings through all 5 of my pregnancies it scared me so much because everytime id think I'm going into premature labour, id end up in hospital if I didn't take it easy, I ended up spending most my time in bed relaxing trying to not trigger of contractions and it worked everytime id try do anything they would start again xx
