Poor water down there as your weeing Also salt baths and put your pads in the freezer xx @jaylauren1714

I use lavander and tree tea oil drops in my bath. I had a 3c degree tear was in theatre 3hrs. Are u usin the massive pads? X

Did you get the dermoplast? That helped me a lot. I even bought a can from the store. And I’ve never tried it before but a lot of ladies put witch hazel on their pads and freeze them.

@chesscalouise2 ive tried the water its not helping😭 ill have to try the bath salts and pads in freezer xx

Drink plenty as it will dilute your wee, and shouldn't sting so much especially in the hot weather x

Use pads that have been in the freezer, also use dettol antiseptic and lavender oil in your bath xx

Also while weeing lean right forward so your palms are flat on the floor. Your wee will run forwards away from the stitches x

I ended up weeing in the shower (sorry if tmi) I ran the shower at the same time and took the sting away xx
