I 100% know smoking hookah and breastfeeding is not recommended nor is it safe however if I were to smoke hookah occasionally after baby is born do I pump and dump? Or what exactly should I do?

My lactation consultant said smoking & breast feeding is still better then not breastfeeding 🤷🏼♀️. She never said anything about waiting or anything. Other then second & third hand smoke

What do you mommies think about smoking pot or eating edibles while pregnant/ breast feeding ? Is it bad ?? I wanna try smoking for my nausea and to help me sleep but im not so sure
so I'm still having a hard time quitting smoking.. it's like bored smoking nowcause there's nothing to do.. and sometimes it'sstress smoking. I want to be done already. please don't judge... I need help..

@the.real.og, idk I’ve just heard people saying that the nicotine does transfer to breast milk but I could be wrong. I’ll definitely just mention it to either my lactation consultant or doctor🤷🏻♀️
