Does anyone have single girlfriends who have changed around you since u have become pregnant? How do you deal?

Unfortunately this is why I don't have friends now. They all wanted to be part of the kids lives and then just disappeared closer to time to have them. Oh well lol
@emily526 yea one of my friends is real sad about me getting married and getting pregnant. she says shit like whens it gonna be her turn...and im.thinking..when u stop being selfish?? everything is about her all the time and im over it
@janae I just keep my circle small now. I prefer to have that one really great friend, rather than the two mediocre ones!
@sassybitch yes i dont like losing friends but its happening with a realness. I need to make new friends
@taylorsmommy1017 yea that sucks. Some of my friends are supportive and others are still auper selfish and it sucks to lose them but im gonna be a mom and dont have time for their little games
I always say that you find out who your real friends are when you have a baby. Someone I once called a best friend stopped returning my calls after my son was born, another stopped speaking to me when I couldn't attend her child-free wedding because my sitter backed out at the last minute. Then there was the one left her grandfather's funeral to be with me when I went into labor. I know who's worth their weight in gold!
My best friend was good throughout my pregnancy, but since I've had my daughter she barely talks to me anymore. We will make plans together and then she'll stop answering my texts last minute. Or if we're having a conversation about me she is sometimes really short with her answers. I've stopped reaching out to her and haven't heard from her since, it's been a few weeks.
