Anyone’s significant other tell them they can’t stop working until a certain time? Mine told me last night I have to work until 36 weeks. With work and me being on my feet majority of the day and my health ailments it is getting physically impossible for me to do my job. I work with my hands and 9/10 times my hands have severe tingling and pain and partial paralysis from carpal tunnel. Not to mention my slipped vertebrae in my back causing problems now. So I’m praying the doc pulls me out of work until after baby is born cause I can’t keep doing this.
Then take your maternity leave early. You need to take care if yourself and baby.
god how unsupportive. He's prob just trying to control u because he is realizing how powerful u are as a woman who is making a human life in your womb. Men cant do that and they might feel inferior, so it's really their responsibility to step up and hold it down financially while u take care of yourself and your baby. You and the baby come first. Men need to understand that and if they dont, bye felicia
@mrscecco316, That is what I am going to do. At this point I can’t hardly put my socks and shoes on, my work pants almost don’t fit anymore, and by the end of the day I am so exhausted and I don’t get any help at home, so I think it’s that time Friday will be my last day working until after baby arrives.
@tinyhumansbitch, My husband has no say and he knows it. He was in a funky mood last night and I wasn’t having it.
@gypsymomma, yeah if your body is trying to tell you to take it easy girl listen to it. Don’t put your body under stress with that little baby.
@glencoco, @mrscecco316, my ob is a joke for restrictions and for helping me with my work. As for my husband he knows he has no say. He’s trying to motivate me but it’s the wrong way. Today I see a different ob in the office and I am going to have a nice chat with her. So we will see how things are after today. Fingers are crossed though things go smoothly.
Wow. I'd say it's up to you and your doc not your husband. He should be supporting you not controlling you.
My husband was pissed because my last day at work was the 28th of February, and I had our daughter March 5th. “You could of worked till then”
Listen to your body and your ob, not him.
I’d ask your ob for restrictions. As for being told by your husband when you’re allowed to leave work, unless he needs your income for bills or other finances he shouldn’t have a say, and even then saying you’re “allowed” is tacky. He’s your husband, not your dad.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Me and my princess first time getting epidural and I’m numb from legs is this normal i can’t walk good yet
Called my doctor cause I feel like I have a uti.. they can’t get me in until Tuesday 😫
Let me rant to you ladies real quick.
I am so tired of peoples reactions to “what do you plan on doing after the baby?” Personally I plan on staying home and raising my daughter🤷🏼♀️ the reactions I get piss me off!
“You’ll have a lot of time on your hands”
“ 3 years is a long time to not do school or work”
This may be my first child but I do not down play stay at home moms! THAT IS A JOB!
How many days do you have left ?!?
How many days until you're done work- if you're still working ?!
@sarah.s, That’s the plan. I’m gonna talk to the doctor today and I will be done by the end of this week
