Extreme back pressure. Someone please help me whos already had real contractions i need to know to count these or not

@momof3qtpies they just checked and im 3 cm right now but im definitely having contractions but it doesnt look bad but my back is killing me
I think you are having contractions. I had back labor with my twins. The contractions were not measuring well even on their monitors. It looked like not much was happening. When they checked me at a point, they couldn't believe I was at 10cm.
Hopefully it’s the start of labor. It sounds like it is. Are you timing them?
@dinamarie1995 my belly keeps tightening up really tight like hurtful and all the way to mu couch my braxton hicks were always top of my belly never my whole belly
Try drinking ice water and see if it lets up. Any other pains?
Sounds like back labor to me. I had that with both of my kids. It is freaking painful
@momof3qtpies extremely so far were about 15 mins apart

@dee2115 no like when it happens i have to stop everything and try to breath cause it hurts
If it comes and goes then I would say yes. I hope you don’t have back labor. 😩
