Need advise. I have always had very fine hair, with some hair loss as well. I had my daughter just over a year ago and feel like it has gotten worse since I've had her. I'm always getting clumps of hair in the shower after I'm done. I use redkens sulfate free shampoo. I also do not wash it every single day. Is there any recommendations that you ladies had help with? Ive heard prenatals and things like that but any specific brands or something different all together. At this point I'm about to chop it short and retry anything.

@rndmshtt I have the luxury of working from home so I don't use heat on it every day. Maybe 1-2 times a week. Which is bad... But gotta do something with it when I do go out into the world. Hoping something will help cause I don't have the money to drop $350+ for damn extensions just to make it thicker. I wish I had a genie to grant me some wishes.

Girl! my hair has gotten so thin after having my daughter. I still use heat on it as well so in guessing that doesnt help. I’ve been taking biotin. Not sure if it has helped my hair on my head. It has definitely helped my nails grow and the rest of my hair on my body 😭🤣

@glencoco I have dyed it in the past. Last time was February and the time before that was I want to say was March of 2017. So I'm not a consistent Dyer but I will take the recommendation!

Prenatals or hair skin and nails vitamins and stop dying it if you do. My mil lost hair after every kid and it started growing thicker after she stopped dying it.
