Haven’t thrown up my entire pregnancy, but this acid reflux got the best of me tonight 😫 and I ran out of tums 😫😫

@24najahali, yea I have it pretty bad without being pregnant and I am normally on medication for it. But I’ve been trying to just take tums. Tums are definitely starting not to work, so I’m gonna have to start taking the medication again

I have medication for my acid reflux but I think pregnancy brings it in more which I wasn’t aware of . I should ask my doctor though if I should still be taking them but it works but best believe I’m burping non stop all day

I know it sounds gross but baking soda and water work pretty good for acid reflux if you don’t have tums
